**What you’ll do**

As a Product Engineer, you’ll be a **builder and thinker**. You will shape the product alongside engineers, designers, product managers, and clients, turning ambiguous ideas into structured, testable, and buildable solutions using modern tools and AI copilots.  
  
Your main responsibilities would be:

- Partnering with product managers, designers, and developers to shape, specify, and evolve product features from ideation to deployment  
  

- Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to write better specs, generate prototypes, document flows, and optimize workflows  
  

- Designing end-to-end functional flows and collaborate on data models, user journeys, and system behavior  
  

- Translating business needs into lean product specs (user stories, PRDs, edge case flows, acceptance criteria)  
  

- Creating diagrams, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Mermaid, or low-code platforms  
  

- Getting hands-on: spinning up quick prototypes, testing integrations, writing JSON payloads, or validating business logic through simple scripts or notebooks  
  

- Helping developers and QA teams by providing crystal-clear requirements and validation guidance  
  

- Staying close to the “why”: understand user needs, market context, and product strategy  
  

- Actively participating in design reviews, backlog grooming, sprint rituals, and client workshops  
  

**What we’re looking for**

We don’t expect you to check every box, but you should recognize yourself in the majority of the points below:

- You are a Master Graduate (or up to 3 years experience) in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Business Engineering, or similar degree  
  

- You have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills  
  

- You are a fluent English speaker (spoken & written) and a clear communicator  
  

- You are a proactive collaborator  
  

- You have a passion for digital products and user experience  
  

#### **Skills & Attitude:**

- Comfortable writing requirements, diagrams, or data specs, but also iterating in Figma or hacking together a prototype with AI tools  
  

- Familiar with tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, Notion, Mermaid, Postman, etc.  
  

- Able to talk to both business stakeholders and developers, making you fluent in both problem and solution space  
  

- Not afraid to get technical: APIs, JSON, database schemas, scripts, etc.  
  

- You embrace ambiguity, move fast, and continuously learn
